Ivan
A half Black Mouth Cur, quarter Catahoula, and quarter Florida Cur cross. His color is brown brindle with a black mask. Born November 30, 2002. Ivan is out of Bay Head’s Just Plain Leroy (Bliss’ Zeus X Bliss’ Athena) and Iris (which is the Catahoula Florida Cur cross). Ivan holds a 50% Bay Head’s Just Plain Leroy bloodline. He is medium to long range and silent on track. When you hear him bark he has one stopped and is looking at it. A little gritty on small hogs, but smart enough to know when to wait for the catch dog.
